Continuo a ter dores no tendão de aquiles e no tornozelo direito(chispe lol). Sou um casmurro porque já devia ter ido ao veterinário. Mas agora mesmo sendo verão ando a correr todos os dias, ou de manhã por volta das 6 da matina (haja vontade) ou a partir das 17.30 quando faz calor pra caralh... Ando a aprender a correr, porque nem sempre tenho aquela vontade e por isso arrasto-me. Tenho sido mais inteligente na escolha do terreno, agora 90% corro em terra para não massacrar as articulações e tendões, porque foi por fazer treinos intensivos em estrada que me fumei... Engordei 6 kg e perdi muita velocidade.&lt;br /&gt;Agora é rolar muitos kilómetros e muita ginastica. Espero estar a andar lá para o principio do proximo ano. Tenho andado com bastantes dores musculares que me perturbam os treinos, hoje doi-me muito os gemeos. Já coloquei gelo e uma pomada anti-inflamatória, mas o que precisava era dum massagista... Deixa-se essas coisas de parte porque isto de correr é coisa de pobre, se fosse futebol até andavam connosco ao colo. Tenho corrido mas sinto-me muito preso( as férias deram cabo de mim). Ontem comprei um "CamelBak" é daquelas mochilas de água que se leva ás costas, muito fixe, a corri na boa 1h.30m. Tenho de massacrar o coiro um pouco mais. Esta semana não, porque estou de picket, mas para a semana vai ser duro. Quero esgaçar o corpo, sou como os animais preciso de ser castigado( as almas mais maldosas não pensem em sexo, estou a falar de desporto...ok ?)&lt;br /&gt;É muito bom. Deixo-vos esta fotografia do local onde costumo treinar, rodeado de natureza posso fazer dezenas de kms em terra batida, que é do melhor para não massacrar as pernas.&lt;br /&gt;Hoje fiz um treino forte, 30 min. aquecimento + 40 min Fartlek (3`forte/2`trote) + 20min. de recupeção. Sinto-me bastante bem. Bem, as lesões passaram, tenho feito os meus treinos com bastante empenho. Dia 24 tenho uma prova de estrada aqui em Estarreja de 10 kms, espero superar meu tempo (37.30). Estive parado 2 dias e ontem fui á corrida. Fiz um bom aquecimento mas sentia uma ligeira dor. Pummmm, Tiro da partida e lá fomos nós para 9000m em 3 voltas, ao fim de 2 kms já não conseguia ir a bom ritmo, continuei devagar e até parei. Passados uns segundos aparece um companheiro de equipa e fui com ele e com as malditas dores até ao fim. Hoje ando a manquejar. Nestas dias come-se e bebe-se sempre mais do que normal, apesar de eu me ter portado bem:-), houve uns dias que não tive tempo e disposição para correr. E para melhorar a coisa nem contava estar de serviço esta semana e TOMA. O meu colega de serviço que ia fazer a semana da passagem de ano foi pai pela 3ª vezzzzzzzzzz, isto é que é trabalhar (na mulher hi, hi) e eu fui o elo mais fraco. É dificil arranjar tempo para correr. Mas o que interessa é que já estou a bombar outra vez. Estou a preparar-me para a 50ª Volta a Paranhos que será dia 8 Dezembro. É das provas mais carismáticas do país daí os seus 50 anos. A vida tem destas coisas quando não nos corre como desejamos. Por isso fiz o meu aquecimento e fui para a rua, mas como aquela dona "marocas" da publicidade do Ferrero Rocher, Apetecia-me algo bom Ambrósio, apetecia-me desgastar o corpo para não pensar em merdas. Se fosse a rolar dava tempo para tudo, como não queria pensar em nada...Fiz 45 minutos em ritmo de competição. Cheguei a casa parecia um cordeirinho.&lt;br /&gt;Hoje foi dia de séries, por isso fiz o seguinte treino:&lt;br /&gt;ginastica de aquecimento + 100 abdominais, 30 min. a rolar + 8x400 m (1.01/0.59/0.59/0.57/0.57/0.55/0.54/0.55)+ 30 min. de calma até chegar a casa.&lt;br /&gt;Bem hoje sinto-me bemmmmmmmmmmmmm. Hoje foi dia de séries, fiz 30`de aquecimento a rolar e 3x1000m a 3.45` a 3.23` e rolei mais 25` para restabelecer. Tenho treinado todos dias mas não passo do rolar.&lt;br /&gt;Domingo tenho prova de estrada na Gafanha da Nazaré, terra que sou natural. Vai ser uma prova rápida 8 kms. Vesti-me comi uma banana,  bebi água e estrada com ele... Fiz 60 minutos em ritmo progressivo.&lt;br /&gt;Bem é engraçado ver a cara de certas pessoas que estão a caminho dos empregos...devem pensar "este gajo deve ser maluco".
